Hi everyone,

We bought a house in one of Perth's Western suburbs in February and need to get quite a bit of work done, we have a 1940ies home, it is not heritage listed...

We are looking for

1. a good roofing company to replace our existing tile roof for a zinkaluminium roof plus gutters and downpipes, we also need the carport and alfresco rebuilt and re-roofed
4 bedroom house, single story, any ideas how much this would be approx?

2. a bathroom renovator to renovate 2 small bathrooms and the laundry

3. an electrician for possible rewiring/fitting of new sockets and lights and switches

4. a builder to remove an old fireplace to create more room

If anyone can recommend any decent tradies to do this please let me know!
