ANY POMS IN GREENBANK AREA/CARINDALE AREA
Hi - just wondering if there are any english folk in these areas who would like to get together for coffee or similar. Would love to meet outgoing people from the UK. Husband and I in our 30's and like to socialise. I think they call me a "yummy mummy" a bit like Victoria Beckham as I like to party & have a few laughs etc., even though kids & hubby main priority these days! Hi... Me and my chap have just moved up to queensland - been sydneysiders for past couple of years... We live in North Gold Coast but would be interested in meeting some like minded people - lets try and catch up!

We are living in southport at the mo - looking to buy a house in biggera waters...
Yes, both pommes! I am a northern chick (spent about 7 years living in preston) but grew up in the midlands...
Al is a soft southern monkey, from kent... We met over here about 3 years ago in bondi and have just moved to start a new life as queenslanders
How about yourself... how long have you lived over here? do you have a partner? Kids?

Newbies to the forum here.
Hubby is a true manc while the other half is a Queensland lass. She spent about a year in Geordieland so be nice to her, she's suffered enough.
We're over at Rochedale South, just a stones throw away

Hya, just come across your thread we live not far from all you guys in Bayside. Have youn all settled on a date/venue to meet up yet?...would love to come along, been over here since 6th June and loving it. from SE London originally but moved to Cornwall 5 years previous to coming out here.

My wife and I now live Wakerley, just down the road from Carindale. We used to live in Portsmouth and are both well up for a drinking session with other Poms!

Sorry for the delay in replying to your text but I have not been on the site for a few weeks due to work etc. How funny as I worked in Preston for quite some time and I am originally from Bolton, just down the road from Preston. Yes, married to a great aussie guy and have 2 children 4 & 8. Do you have children? When are you moving?. We are down the Gold Coast alot so maybe we could catch up some time. Let us know.
