The wait continues - right I am off to the bank and then to throw some paint on the walls as the ad for our flat went in the paper today and I have got potential tenants coming round to have a look.
Hope they like the smell of fresh paint!

I can't bear the tension. I was on a course yesterday so no emails - nearly killed me!!!!!! So, nothing yesterday then
