Any financial advisers out there?
I am migrating to Oz soon and want to set up a SMSF as soon as an Oz resident. I have contacted some advisers but no-one seems interested.
I would welcome a reply from an adviser who is interested or recomendations of a good adviser.
Thanks

Trustees of self managed superannuation funds have been warned by the Australian Taxation Office that it intends progressively moving beyond education to enforcement.

Here is a link talking about how accountants don't need to be licensed to deal with SMSF's
Will you be using it for property ? If so, then the Property Investment forums at www.somersoft.com as mentioned by francesduggan, would be useful.
www.garrisons.com.au is a link to a large organisation that do these, but I have no idea on how good they are.
