Hi,

We are currently staying with family in Carnegie but do not think we will be buying in the area as the house prices seem to have boomed!!
Our son has just started at St. Patricks primary school so we really need to find a suitable house in the surounding area.
Any idea's...?

Are you living in Carnegie yourself?

I have not really looked for anything yet as we also have an 8 month old baby but my husband started work a week after we arrived.
Think I will look after Christmas.
Have you been in Bentleigh long?
Any kids?

He is a painter & decorator and looks as though he can pick and choose who he wants to work for.
As with in the UK ,there seems to be a shortage of tradesmen.
Yourselves , what do you do?
Have you both got jobs?

What size house are you after?

We are nearby in Malvern and about to leave our current rental (3 bed) with small patio garden.

My brother has been here for 10 yrs. You, what made you move?

I travelled about Australia for a few months about 5 years ago and loved it and wanted to move out. So we've been here for about 18 months.
