Hi, i have 2 boys aged 6 and 3 and have been looking at the requirements for enrolling them into schools in oz. They all ask for immunisation records, does anyone know how i go about getting these, do i just ask for them at the doctors surgery?

Thanks

Nicky

Did you have a book given out by midwife or health visitor when they were born, most areas use these as far as I know. In them all their immunisations will have been recorded so you could show or copy the immunisation record page. Failing that I'm sure the GP surgery will help although they may charge as ours do for everything!
