ANOTHER meds question!

ANOTHER meds question!
I am off for my meds tomorrow and have just been filling in the forms....only to find that it wants the meds, criminal disclosure form and proof of my daughters citizenship all sent at the same time.
How did people co-ordinate this?? I thought that the meds were sent by the doctors themselves. Will they give them to you to send off? Help- I am in the middle of another last minute panic
Can anyone advise me. I really dont think i can hack another sleepless night
One other thing.....the drugs question.
Has everyone been entirely honest about whether they have ever taken drugs? Do they do any tests to check up on this as i thought some stayed in your system for years :scared:

Did you not get a cover form with your requests? Mine says that they all need to be sent back with the enclosed cover sheet at the same time with this cover letter? It is written in bold type and ALL & AT THE SAME TIME are underlined for even greater emphasis!!

Sorry we didnt get any cover form, and it said clearly that Doctors send results direct, we didnt even get to see them!
Do you have an agent? If so get on the phone to them and ask if they can sort it for you, if not, you could try to put "medicals" or "P.c.c " into search engine on this site, finally you could try DIMIA web site, if all else fails then you could try to ring DIMIA tonight.
All you can do is the best with what you have at the moment, but surely they cant expect you to get EVERYTHING all at the same time????

On the drugs question.....I regularly had weekend trips to Amsterdam for the Museums and culture of course
and answered that questions no.

Good luck with the meds today. We included our cover form as it said we will be fast tracked if we do. Due to DIMIA wanting so many tests done on Andrew (diabetic), we ended up needing an extension. We got all tests done and forms back by extension date of 18.12.04, bond was requested 23.12.04. Unless you need to see various specialist you will be absolutely fine, your doctor will let you know that things are all ok before he sends the meds. Hope this helps settle you a bit.

I had to redo my medicals since the others had expired... my doctor here in switzerland is going to give them to me for me to send them off.
Just 2 questions:
1) he told me to send the xray as well now (since july 1st thats new) - did you have to do that too
2) where do i send them to? Adelaide or Sydney? I remember reading on the forum that it was either syd or adelaide but cant remember where!!!!

Hi there,
I think the check list looks for proof of sending meds request rather then actual medical results so you send this along with PC references and proof of your daughters citizenship back to DIMIA and the doctor sends the actual medical forms back to Adelaide.
