Amateur Soccer in Oz
Evening everyone, or mornin to those down under,
This is Bindi's other half 'ere, maybe I'll call myself Mr B. Original eh
When we eventually arrive in Oz, hopefully before Christmas this year, I'm gonna be interested in getting some footy action lined up ( thats the round ball , using your feet variety ). Realistically, we'll be off to Adelaide or Melbourne, but our options are relatively open.
What kind of set-up exists over there at the moment ?
Is it a Saturday/Sunday basis ?
Seasonal ?
Does it allways take a back seat to AFL and Rugby ?
Are some states more footy favourable than others ?
Basically, I'll be looking for a reasonable standard, and may end up coaching somewhere along the way ( passed my FA level 1 Coaching badge a few weeks ago ).
"Big up" Danny Tiatto !!!!
Cheers
Mr B
