IMHO this is a very useful site, particularly as it is based on the opinions of travellers.
eg top 5 airports in 2003 (in their survey) - 1 Hong Kong, 2 Singapore Changi, 3 Amsterdam Schipol, 4 Seoul Incheon, 5 Kuala Lumpur; the 3 5-star rated airlines are Cathay Pacific, Qatar and Singapore etc, etc.
