Default Airline taxes.

Been looking at a few fares to the UK to visit family.

Phoned trailfinders and flight centre fares range from around the $1460 in low season february up to way above the $2800 in december.

But get this the taxes now are between $230 and $320 a person :scared: air france a massive $400 per person, thats brisbane/UK direct, going via the USA or having stopovers pushes it way above that.

Last time we looked it was $180 per person fuel increases are the reason given.

Flying emirates bris to london mid feb $9160 for the family. Thats low season the cheapest time to go. Dont think I fancy totting it up for high season.
