we have been twice with singapore airlines. On the first flight the boys were 7. They have the individual screens in the back of seat, & the best thing is that they have ninentdo games & the films are "on demand" so they have not got to wait until the film starts. I highly recommend them - made the journey bearable - we did not hear a peep out of either & had to tell them to switch them off when the meals came.

If the children are funny eaters - book a childrens meal before you go - ours were fine as they like to try everything - but I did hear one lady asking for a meal that was not booked & they luckily had a spare one - can you imagine being on a flight & the kids not wanting to eat the adults menu!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sure you will not regret it if you go with singapore.

cheers

We have 3 children nearly 11, 8 & 6, hoping to go to Melbourne. Has anyone tried Malaysia airlines I hear they have personal tv screens too and from the checking I've done on flight prices are cheaper than Singapore and Emirates.

Thumbs up

[We flew Singapore airlines 2 years ago and found them to be very good, they were brilliant with the kids, They paid them lots of attention , got colouring packs & cuddely toys ! Also the kids food was lovely ( and plenty of it ). Also kept hubby entertained as the air hotesses are very pretty !!
We flew Emirates last year, although they were good the video games , TV etc were not quite as good as Singapore airlines.

Have a good trip
