I then flew Emirates Business Class with my OH and Daughter which was fantastic, the holiday started when we got to Heathrow with no jet lag on arrival.
Both were good, nothing but praise for them and their staff.
Our next trip is with Malaysian Business class, I'll tell you about that in September

Singapore, Malaysian - mainly because of their attentive service. (although somebody did post a negative about Singapore the other day).
Emirates I hear good things about from family.
Cathay (never flown with them) are frequently voted the best in the world.

Check out the opinions, photos of cabins, food etc at www.airlinequality.com
Having done the trip loads I would recommend Malaysian, Singapore, Cathay. Emirates are OK but you get an extra stop in Dubai and they are mainly using old equipment still and no video on demand or anything.
