Affordable housing in Victoria
I came across many websites where they offer 20% less rents than market rate for new apartments.They call it not for profit organisations and have stringent rules for eligibility.
Has anyone used such service before?
Is it a good idea to buy such properties.
Where can I get to see sample rental agreement?What are normal T and C's put in there?
Someone please help.
