Default Advice for working in aus

Hello, I am looking for advice on moving to Australia for 6months with my wife and children, i am self employed in the uk and 31 years old I would like to move over there for 6 months to see if my business works out there for potentially to move there for good. I have no idea where to begin so any help would be most welcome tia

Hi Shaun, welcome to BE

Unfortunately your plan to run your business in Australia for 6 months isn't feasible, there's no visa that would allow you to do that.

If you can give a bit more information about your skills and qualifications, forum members may be able to assist more.

Agree with the above, there is no visa that allows that. You would need to look at applying for a permanent visa (expensive and time consuming).

And what visa do you suggest the OP comes on whilst waiting for a permanent visa? Does he even qualify for PR?
