Its because a courier won't deliver to Glenn's PO Box address - if you send it by courier it will be held by the courier company, and Glenn will then have to arrange for it to be collected, adding time to the process.

As an alternative you can send your docs by courier to us in Melbourne, and we will then put them in an Express Post Platinum (a signed for on delivery service) bag, but that will add a day or two to the delivery process.

Best regards.

Thanks for that Alan but think I'll chance Royal Mail - the last form got there ok and pretty quick. If it was meds or similar I may rethink but it's Employer refs so I'd still have originals in my possession.

Originally i thought I would send it special delivery but now thinking about it i guess that wont work in Australia.

Should i be thinking of using a courier ??

Any advice will be greatfully received

It may be too late for you, but for others, when you get your original docs certified, it may be worth getting at least 3 copies of each. I had all my docs certified at a magistrates court (at least 50 docs) for 8 quid. Very cheap...

Wow - that's cheap - definitely worth looking into. Thanks
