Just thought I would point out that there are a few big hospitals in the city but also lots of smaller privte ones, especially for giving birth, and I often see nurses commuting to work on the train. Joondalup is big and going to be huge. But there were also plans announced recently for a new super-hospital south of the river, somewhere like Murdoch from memory. It is going to be called the Fiona something-or-other.
By the time that's up and running we'll be long past working age. Our unit is supposed to be moving there when it's open, but that's still YEARS away.
