Advice for Blackberry packages?
Just wondering if I should buy a blackberry handset in Dubai before I leave, OR I should wait till I get to Oz and get a BB with with a contract?
Any advice appreciated?

if you are getting one in Dubai is it going to be unlocked so it will work with an oz carrier? and surely you want to wait to get to oz until you get a package? the blackberry package is normally similar to normal
contracts, but you pay a monthly fee to have your emails pushed to the handset. (the iPhone does it for free)

Hi xzibit. I was told that the packages ususally include the price of a handset so I might end up saving more by taking the package instead of coming with my own handset - is this true?

Why not have a look at the packages on line at 3, Voda, Telstra etc.
Have you used BB's before? I've had one for 3 years (work supply) and hate it!
