Drinks certainly a good idea, especially for the kids as we all know how they like to natter when you're talking.
Food - sandwiches or stuff like that maybe. Guess if depends what time you are all planning on staying til.

We arrived in Adelaide at end of September. Sorry won't be able to meet as we're heading up to the Gold Coast for a week. I've got two girls, 11 and 8 and would love to hear from anyone with kids similar ages.
