Look forward to looking round myself (after all the web research) and seeing some of the areas we have heard so much about.
Just need the visa and to sell the house!!

All I say is get the house on the market as soon as possible, if it sells and you need to move some where, maybe you could stay with rellies. Best to have it sold, only a burden if you haven't.

Good Luck and you'll love it. Great place, great city and we are only 20 minutes from anywhere, including the drive on beach, which is the best.
