Can anyone recommend any good accommodation in Perth for our Interstate and Overseas guests?

I want to send an insert with our wedding invitations with a couple of recommendations for each, of budget accommodation, mid-range, and apartments. Either close to or within Perth CBD, or on the coast somewhere. I'm currently in London, so it's a bit hard to have a look around from here.

If it helps, we're getting married in St George's Cathedral and are holding our reception at Cottesloe Civic Centre.
