Hi all, I'm a telecom engineer planning to move to Sydney on 1st week of March. Unfortunately, I've no relative in Sydney and thus I've to manage accommodation over there for initial settlement. Actually, I'll move in single and so I need one furnished bedroom near Sydney CBD. Can anyone help me in this regard?

It would probably be best to book something like a backpacker hostel then find somewhere once you are here.

Places like gumtree can be good for shared accommodation but I'd be wary about anywhere that accepted you for a long lease without meeting you or you viewing the property
