accomadation in perth wanted
To all expats in Perth,
We are emigrating to Perth, leaving sunny old England in June.
Can anyony help us by recommending B+B, holiday let, apartment etc for up to one month for a family of 4. Not too expensive, Perth and surrounding area fine.
Cheers

Hi there, try this site: http://www.flyingcompass.com/ and look in the accommodation bit. There is a nice guy called Nige who rents out a house fully furnished in Perth to new migrants....he is really reasonable from the good stuff I've heard about him.
Good luck

Re: accomadation in perth wanted
Hi, I can understand your needs as I did the same thing 20 years ago and have never
looked back, one of the worlds best kept secrets so don't spread it around too much.
I have enclosed a few web sites, but value for money, and city centre location
without the noise and bustle of the city the Mountway holiday apartments, a five
minute walk from the Pamelia Hilton Hotel, and a 2 minute walk from quiet and
beautiful Kingspark. Once arriving and if happy with accommodation you can negotiate
a price for a longer stay. http://www.mountwayunits.com.au/location.htm The cheapest
car rentals for 1 or 2 year old cars is, Bayswater Car Rental Perth 160 Adelaide
Terrace Perth, Western Australia, 6000 Phone: (08) 9325 1000
website.........www.bayswatercarrental.com.au altho I could not get it open, they are
still operational, very competitive and reliable. I have put in the website for the
local talk-back radio station that is interesting to listen live to.
http://www.6pr.com.au/home.shtml The local daily paper. http://thewest.com.au/ and
the weekly Sunday papers that has an excellent classified section.
http://www.sundaytimes.news.com.au/ The classified for the current Sunday isn't put
on till the Monday or Tuesday. Any further queries just ask on the website I'm sure
you will get lots of help.
See Ya Roo
