Default Aborigines can't handle money: Tuckey

Well the poor sods never knew what the coins were until the Brits buggered up the live where you like and take want you system they had here.

A FEDERAL minister has called for a shake-up of funding to indigenous communities, saying the culture of Aboriginal people made it difficult for them to properly manage public funds.

May have a point. Not met too many money rich Aboriginals except those in the bureaucracy. Funding needs to be provided closer to communities rather than through peak bodies - council level not state or national level.

Same in NZ unfortunately. Can't imagine an English person accosting an Indian and demanding that they hand over the shop...

Ah well...

In Briton they have people called landlords who collect money from people who rent land and dwellings from them. Some Britons seem to have the same idea.

Never do that in Australia I do wonder why 6,000 homes were again for rent in Perth at the weekend?
The Abos have land rights no Brit can match.

ABORIGINAL groups from WA's west Pilbara were jubilant today after being granted native title rights over about 20,000 square kilometres of land in the area by the Federal Court.

Rights granted include access to the land, camping, hunting and foraging rights, the right to take bush medicine, bush tucker, flora and fauna, and the protection of significant sites and objects.

Of course there is I never bought a home without freehold in the UK.
The Abos have a hold over half of Australia now trying for the other half.

This a game all the family can play , first the nomads had no land now they want it all .
To start the game pick land sites that the white man has developed or dug a holes that make mega bucks , then go to white mans law chiefs and tell porkies about who your forefathers owned said land , forget worthless areas unless hole diggers look like taking an interest.

Shows an improving business acumen. Pity it only works over vacant crown land.

You Brits need to check your CV.

"Past Colonising Skills: Rape, Pestilence and Genocide."

What, empire slipping by the time you hit Australia?
