9 weeks to go.
Just though I would tell you all, exactly nine weeks to this minute we will be 3 1/2 hours into our flight to Dubai on the way to Brissie.

Well if we get our visa we'll be going in precisely 19 weeks, 12 hours and 26 minutes

Just told my missus, and she wants to know, exactly how long have you been posting on MB ??? She says it seems like forever ??
Were abouts in Brissie are you heading ?? We're in the middle of buying a house @ Shailer park.
These 9 weeks will fly by. When you go around your daily routines you'll find yourself thinkng " this amy be the last time is see this / or do this " and it's a weird feeling.
My advice, if you have a favorite place to visit, or a favorite thing to do, savour every minute.

Yes it seem forever, but I do have fond memories of those early days, where each day I discovered something new about my future home. But now its time to actually start living it.
We are looking at the northern suburbs somewhere around Sandgate as the schools seem quite good and we have 3 children.
I do expect these next 9 weeks to fly by as I have so much to do before then. The shippers come tomorrow to take away our worldly possessions.
See you all soon.

Good luck We are hoping in 7wks june the 4th 21.00 we will be boarding plane to Melbourne via Dubai its all happening isnt it who are your removals with and what have you done about the money exchange as we still dont know who to choose and what to do? only found out a week ago we got the visa :scared:
