457 visa applications backlog from Sydney office.

457 visa applications backlog from Sydney office.
I was wondering if any of you were in the process of applying for a 457 visa from the Sydney office at the moment, or have recently received one from this office. According to our case officer, there is a large backlog of applications and therefore she hasn’t even had a chance to look at ours yet! I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of timescales at the moment from this office. We have flights booked for 14th June and house rented out from 15th June!! :scared:

Ours only took 2 weeks from applying.

Had meds and applied for e-visa on the 25th April got the visa's on the 9th May. Rapid service.
