Thanks very much Nicky.Looking at us you wouldn't think that we were about to emigrate. We have been organising things bit by bit so that we aren't doing everything at the last minute.I get bouts of anxiety every now and then but a quick "get yourself together" from my sister who lives there ,soon sorts me.Hope all goes well for you too. x Irishbloo

Thanx everyone and Irishbloo
Not getting excited probably will once I am on the plane.
Haven't sold the house yet and with the world cup on the market has gone dead so Keith is staying until its sold.
Absolutely bricking it about going on my own. The moggy goes first on 17th July so will have some company after 2+1/2 weeks.

Good luck to everyone else with their plans.

Staying with my friend for a couple of days, she was going to sort a rental out for me but now I think she wants to wait until I get there. Have to get something sorted for when moglet gets out of Melbourne Cat Boot Camp

I know I'll be ok but its disapointing the house hasn't sold yet and hubby and me wanted to start the adventure together.

Where are you up too Joe?

We've just passed TRA so nowhere near yet. It must be really disappointing not to be going together but at least you have friends (and moggy) there so you wont be on your own.
Not sure where we want to go yet. Been to Perth and Brisbane and liked both but really cant decide. You'll have to let us know what Adelaide is like. We havent been there.

Not that you are counting down the days or anything.

House prices are more affordable in Adelaide and it is less humid than further north, climate is more mediterrean to which appeals. We visited last year and visited Sydney and melbourne whilst basing ourselves in Adelaide.
It will come round far too quickly, believe me.
