1 month accommodation in Brisbane

Just wondering whether anyone knows of any nice accommodation near Wakerley, Manly area of Brisbane. Parents are coming over for a month in March 2011 and I wondered whether anyone can recommend a motel / hotel based on previous experience. They've been quoted around £2 - 2.5k for a month. A furnished house would be great.
