Its not going to happen. That scheme was introduced in the 1950's when the governemt wanted large numbers of migrants
to boost Australias population. But now Australia's cities are seen
as being overcrowded and there are many more migrants applying to come to Australia then there are places available.
The government is not going to subsidise the costs of migrants
through a 10 Pound scheme when there are hundreds of thousand of people queing up to migrate to Australia and willling
to pay the full cost of doing so.

to introduce some scheme to encourage Bristish migrants to
immigrate there. The South Australia economy is stuffed with high unemployment, many skilled and educated people are leaving the state to gain employment in the eastern states so the government wants migrants to replace these people.

Why the Ten Pound Pom is back in demand - copyright Daily Telegraph

In an echo of the post-war years, South Australia is looking to Britain for a new wave of immigrants tempted by the laidback lifestyle. Nick Squires reports
More than 30 years after the demise of the so-called Ten Pound Pom assisted passage scheme one of Australia's least populated states is tempting British migrants again.
In an echo of an earlier age when the country was desperate for British colonists, South Australia is hoping to raise its profile in Britain and entice more settlers from what used to be referred to as the Mother Country.
It is to hire a dedicated migration specialist to travel around Britain to convince potential migrants and tourists of South Australia's multiple charms.
"We want to market South Australia as a destination to potential skilled and business migrants and to the migration agents who are crucial players in the emigration process," the state's premier, Mike Rann, told business leaders at a recent meeting.
"The UK is an obvious priority because it is our largest source of migrants."
Each year around 67,000 British tourists visit South Australia, but the state government wants more of them to stay permanently.

Well, when I worked for Centrelink, I met a bunch of English men on the Age Pension; nearly every one of them were 10 pound emigres and every one of them was orphaned in WW2.
That's why I asked.

Interestingly, Mike Rann himself was born in the UK, emigrated to New Zealand as a child, and later came to Australia.

The reason the SA goverment wants you to migrate there is to replace all the young, skilled and educated people who have left
the state for the eastern states because of the high level of unemployment . l would'nt give up a decent job in thr UK to
move over to Adelaide and risk ending up on the dole.
