I'd prefer a $1.2 mill house in Scarborough/Newport in Redcliffe

Wouldn't fancy being there if a Tsunami hit. Actually wouldn't fancy being there at all, too close to the neighbours. Before I looked closely I was wondering why there was a massive flame coming out of the roof

Specsavers are better than OPSM

Is this one better for you, on 2.5 acres for only $935,000 (It is definitely more my style)

Nice, more my style too. Back to the OP, nice house but likely to be underwater within a few years.

Or, really down ..... but still on 2.5 acres...
Just 3km from the largest shopping centres on our area, and at only "Range: $495,000 - $585,000"

And only 30 minutes to Brisbane CBD ...

The National Tidal Centre, using analyses of selected Australian tide gauge data, has revised its estimate of sea level rise, and projected it to be 1.2 mm/year.

There is about 1 metre clearance down there, so about 800 years and the sea water may be lapping at the doorstep....

So as long as Spock or Edward Cullen don't buy it, should be fine!
