Hi Guys

I'm bursting from the seams with excitement so thought I'd share it all with you. My OH's visa has been approved. We submitted the application on the 19th Feb and it was ready for collection on the 21st Feb. I only tracked it today as I thought it would take longer. Told him to get on his bike and get through and fetch it, just had to know if it was approved or declined, couldn't stand anymore sleepless nights.

Was it Ireland or the UK?

Northern Ireland if I recall,but Southern Republic would have been as good from my experience.
Their Embassies work very well,purely subjective of course, as is my experience of SA Home Affairs.

I didn't know Northern Ireland had their own Embassy, I thought it was part of the British system.

From my own experience, its hard to be worse than SA Home affairs. Daxk are you up late or do you rise early?

Congratulations Donna! You must be so pleased, I am also very happy & excited for you! We have just handed in our paperwork for the UK HSMP visa. Now the big wait begins. Guess we will be sitting on hot coals for the next month or so...

Hi guys, thanks for all the well wishes. We had our old dog put down on Wednesday and it was all snot and drama and then packed our house up yesterday so we're now at my moms. Good Luck to all you guys who must still go through the process and yes Audrey I reckon I'll buy a bottle this weekend but don't know if I'll be sharing it with anyone else.
