Hello

As someone who is interested about Morocco modernity and development. Morocco is in a good place before many Arabs countries in fields of freedom of speeches and democracy. in comparison to most Arab countries, Morocco is a good example of the new model opened to the west that many Arabs countries should follow.

Still the question : Is it better for Morocco to adopt English as second language or at least give it the seem importance as French ? (SNIP)
