Hi there , I'm brand new here and need advice , I am thinking of staying with my daughter in south Africa for a year or three !! I have no idea where to begin with regards paperwork I need . Any help out there ?

I would probably suggest that you come to SA on a visitors visa and then apply at the home office in SA. I think this will be much easier. My husband did it this way and it worked out fine.

Not sure of any other easy way - doing it in UK might take yonks.
