exam tips
Hi all

I've got case names flying around my head and trying to tie them into my anwers for my revision questions.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Re: exam tips
Rick,
In the law paper for ACCA or CA, there are a few prominent cases.Get them wired in (use some memory tips). There are others that are not very prominent - remember them if the names strike you. Then there is the third category that are least imp.If you can recall them while u answer them, well and good , otherwise write as 'in one case it was decided that etc.etc......
Exam success is on how smart u are at studying rather than how much u study.Concentrate on the core and build around them as u go along.
Best of luck.
