Default Is it advisable to keep business presence in UK?

Hi all. We're in the final throws of moving to the USA and have a couple questions about what to do with our business.
We have an established business coaching/training co here in the UK and have certified a couple of coaches to continue on here after we move to the USA.
We're members of the FSB, have a registered address (which will be changed to our accountant), and business bank account, Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Does anyone have advice on what to keep up and running in the UK? Is it necessary to keep everything active?
We plan to establish our company in the US, continue coaching, speaking, training, etc as well as moving our coaching more to an online presence.
As always, the help and guidance from this forum is greatly appreciated. Don't know what we'd do without all of you!!
All the best,
Anthony
