But who knows, he is not exactly consistent.
They'll almost certainly do what Congress wants to do, and in the case of H-1B that means full labor certification and in the case of EB-5, that means the current Bill in the House that makes various changes.

As far as marriage-based goes, it will probably get slightly easier as I suspect LPRs will no longer have to wait for a visa number for their spouse.

A lot (if not most) people on DACA applied for AP to reset the clock on their unlawful presence, so now they could claim asylum if they wanted. I agree it wouldn't be granted in most cases.

AP for those who wished to adjust or visit family. Have not seen it as an excuse for asylum but so many holes anything is possible.
