I have been an investor with them since Jan 2007. IMO Amlife are professional.

In terms of investing in Seattle, my concern is how much commercial real estate does that city really need? I don't know but I would recommend you investigate thoroughly.

Have any of the EB5 beneficiaries received any returns on their investments & if so, what is the quantum of returns?

As the article says AmLife claim that "USCIS is now contradicting its previous approvals, is ignoring applicable regulations, and is dragging its feet in the regulatory process".

From my limited knowledge and experience of going through the I829 process, I agree with Amlife and I hope they win.

Understood, I think our project met the job criteria in month 23 but I was concerned about our project having that problem.

I wish you the best. I assume that you project is part of the court case Amlife have started.

I526 in 3 months is superb.

Please keep the forum updated.

4 year 9 months after investing I am getting around $100 per month. Getting tenants for the building has been the problem - no surprise. We have a few more tenants now, so the return should go up in 2013.

The court case is a different building - warehouse on the docks in LA I think. Will know probably in a month.
