Can anyone point me in the right direction to change/transfer plumbing and heating qualifications so they are recognised in Spain please?

I doubt you can transfer gas fitting qualifications , pressures /systems and regulations will be different , you`d most likely have to study and sit exams in Spain........in Spanish.
