Default EVIDENCE of Employment

After a Long wait i was assigned to a case officer, But unfortunately the co asking the employment evidence, i have placed the appointment letter and some letters like appraisal letters, and another letter stating the duties in four lines, pay slips and tax forms. but co specifically ask the letter from manager, normally the company letter is provided by the HR and the most concerned issue is im no longer working with the company, i have left the company 6 months back. the company management also changed another company acquired the shares. My bosses are not there at the moment. how i can overcome this issue..pls help. below is the letter written by our CO.

Threshold Employment
Please provide further evidence of employment in a skilled profession. Include the following
evidence:
● Detailed work reference from XXXXXXXXXX Singapore showing duties, duration of
employment and signed by your manager.
Please note that from the documents provided with the application there is insufficient information
provided to satisfy me that you worked as a Fitter (ASCO 4112-11) during the threshold period.
Please provide a new work reference which includes more detailed information about your duties
with this employer.


Will Co satisfy if i provide the testimonials from the colleagues whom i work with them before. But those i cant get in the company letter head.

ALL advice's and suggestions are welcomed

Well......... my manager was not authorized to sign any reference letter. So, I simply went to HR and gave them the below format, they printed it on the company's letterhead and that was it. My CO (whom I've never had any contact) didn't bother to ask my anything and I went straight to VISA Grant. Hopefully, it'll work the same for you Ohh by the way, I frontloaded all the documents.

This is to confirm that XXX was employed by (name of company) from (starting date) to (resigned date). During his/her employment, (your name) held the position of (fitter) in our organization and performed the following main responsibilities:

• write 5 main duties as bullet points.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you need to clarify anything further. My direct dial number is 0123456789.

write what happened to the company in a stat declaration as a supplement to what else you can get. If that is the best you can do, just say so in the letter. I could not provide anything at all for a certain part of my employment history, because I worked in a government-sponsored project and they would not even acknowledge its existence tbh. I just said so in a stat dec, that between here and here there is no point in asking any questions, because I would not be able to provide anything anyway. They can work the rest out, and make a decision on the basis of whatever you can provide. If it is however not up to scratch, you'd be left with a comforting thought that you did all you could.
