Hi i am a natural horsemanship trainer, I work with all types of horses mainly those with behaviour and training issues.
I am in the process of relocating to NZ and just wondered if anyone knows if there is likely to be a need for my services over there, I am inundated with work in the UK and would love to continue once we move, I also retrain and rehabilitate rescue and remedial horses, many who come out of racing in the UK.
Thanks for taking the time to read my post and any advice would be appreciated.

Hi, Im not too clude up on all places " horsey" yet, but I do know that cambridge is very much into racing and training.
I also work with rehabilitating horses ( normaly from racing in irland ) and also work for a charity in the UK
, and am a qualified animal chiropractor .
Me and my family are looking to move over within the next year, but we really like the SI, in particular nelson and bays, not to sure what horse industry is like there

Fantastic, seems we are heading in the right direction, I have to say I was or am worried about finding work but I guess where there are horses there are problems and people will use you if you can prove your worth, so time I guess will be all it takes. If you get over as a chiro let me know, I'm a big believer in your work, many of the problems I deal with are pain related and to have contacts already will help. Thanks guys your feedback is reassuring!

Pretty much, all of NZ is horse country. My wife has been training her horse for half a year now, there are lots of people here in Marlborough who practice natural horsemanship, but everything is done pretty much by word of mouth.
She has her horse grazing at the local horse trekking place (which encourages bitless riding), which kind of acts like a magnet for horseman (women).
All so the local endurance riding club was a good way to meet people.
