Bleep test on a jogging machine

Having discussed this with a couple of Forces friends this is how it can be done:
Basically you start at 8kph for one minute (with two degree incline), every minute you add on 0.5kph to the speed. (number of minutes = level) This is exactly the same as the actual bleep test, although obviously not constantly stop-starting.
However, you will find it easier due to the lack of start/stop and will do 3-4 levels more than the actual test (ie if you get to level 14 on the jogger, it is the same as level 10/11 on the test.
Nothing is better than actually doing the test, but I thought it might be handy for novices or when the weather's miserable.
