Hi Everyone,
Just thought I'd pop in and introduce myself I landed in Wellington on Anzac day to join my husband who had flown over back in January to start his job in the CBD. ( I had to wait for the house to sell, usual story thought we had a sale then it fell through). Rented in Wellington while house hunting and have finally settled at Paraparaumu Beach. Just the two of us and the hounds, (brought our two Greyhounds with us). Just found this site and it's great/useful advice....shame I didn't find you before would of been so useful before we arrived ....but we're here now and lovvvvvvin it.
Still so much to learn/ get used to so will probably bug you with lots of questions, had a good giggle at the Kiwi sayings thread, explained so much.

We are just up the coast in Whitby and celebrated one year in NZ on Sunday. I hope you find the site useful, we certainly have!!

Keep an eye on the meet up's section.... now that spring is here and we are all beginning to surface from winter hibernation there should be a few more social gatherings organised. Come along to one and meet us all.... we are a friendly bunch and it's always good to meet face to face.
