Still did not get a grant letter to my email but I am a Permanent Resident Now

I am going to apply in April 2012. Just a quick question, I am working on ABN and on my invoices its written 35-38 hours a week. I live in regional queensland and working as a sales person for a company.

What do I have to show, in case of self employed.

Hey I am still following this thread but nothing to add atm because we cannot apply until the end of November. I don't know about proof of self-employment, sorry, but I am sure you will find the information on immi.gov.au and if not you have plenty time to contact DIAC directly as you have a few months yet to get all your documentation together. I am sure, like me, you are impatient to start and finish this process though

True. I am impatiently waiting to complete my two years residence requirements. I already completed my 1 year full time work requirement. Although one of my friend applied for 887 as self employed and got in 3 weeks. But still, I wanted to know further, if someone else did the same.

Please advise if if our visa would be rejected on grounds of medical conditions as my baby was born with Microcornea(congenital disorder). We are processing our 887 visas today, however need some information. I have completed all the conditions for 475 visa, however don't know if baby's medical would be a factor in our visa rejection.

Hi, I don't know what would happen with that, I'm sorry, I think it is all down to cost of treatment, I guess you just have to do the medical if / when requested and see what happens. We have also had a baby on a 475 and I am just assuming that she must have a medical exam, and I don't know what criteria are, which is worrying, as she has some issues, that may be nothing serious but we are seeing a specialist again in early 2012 as advised by our GP. The 887 requirements have concerned us also with regard to our baby passing a medical and it can be very stressful, to be worried about one's baby and also about the visa situation.
