The 2nd instalment ($4,110) of the Visa Application Charge for dependents aged 18 years or over with less than functional English must be paid before the visa is granted.

Evidence of an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of at least an average 4.5 for the four test components (speaking, reading, listening and writing)
Or she has paid second instalment when she come to Australia with current visa
Then no need to pay

If she has functional English means

Hi all just a general question for all those you did not submit their medicals with their applications? how many were asked to redo medicals and if you did, did they say why?
Reason I am asking is some people dont get asked to be rechecked? some do I did see the out of the country for more than 3 months reason but for some reason it doesn't make sense unless they give it as a reason when requesting medicals? what purpose does it serve? do they count each time you where out of the country together or must it be 12weeks in one go?
I would prefer not to redo the medicals due to the costs...
