What happens if I call an ambulance for an old dear who's collapsed in the street? Will she get presented with a bill for hundreds that she probably can't pay?
Should I be asking people first if they can afford an ambulance... and if not just let them croak in the street?

must say the first thing we done when we arrived with 3 young boys
good job as the youngest broke his arm last week at the park
