How can it look promising when work on it only started a week ago, and there is no work going on at the other two sites. You have had false promise's for the past three years so why should this year be any different.

The only reason that I did previously say it was POSITIVE - new agreements are being re-issued. Most of the Chris Gregory purchasers have new agreements in hand and are in direct contact with the builder.

I suggest you go and have a look at the three R*****S sites, they are only giving them a slight facial to make it look as if there is work being carried out.

Try talking to some of the locals to find out what is really happening behind the scenes and then you may feel considerably different.
