Hi,
I am moving from the UK and also looking for a flatshare. I will be in Amsterdam Oct18-24th then back to London for a bit til I get accomodation sorted. Anyone available for meet up within those dates to discuss, send me a reply here.
Thanks

Hello everybody!
I'm a 30 year-old half-German, half-Polish chap who's lived and worked in the UK (8 years), Singapore (1 year) and China (1 year) before, and who is now coming to The Netherlands to start my new job in Amsterdam on 1 June.
I will travel a lot with work and would therefore prefer to share a house or a flat in Amsterdam or one of the surrounding towns with another housemate, so that we can both enjoy a higher standard of living in these very pricey environs without draining our pockets too much!
I personally do not smoke, but drink socially (not too often mind), am into my sports (not obsessively though), like cooking and eating well and like to keep the place tidy (however, certainly not sleeping with a mop yet - and I don't think I ever will!).
I speak English and German at a native level, Polish and Italian fairly fluently, and French and Mandarin quite well, too, if that helps.
You should be aged 25-40, laid-back yet mindful of your housemate
, reasonably tidy and not frown if somebody calls you "mature" - it's to do much more with attitude than with age...
In terms of the budget, I am hoping we can find a place where we can both spend less than EUR 600 each per month incl. utilities and commit to 6 or 12 months to begin with.
Apart from Amsterdam I would also be comfortable living in Haarlem, Almere, Utrecht, Leiden, Zandvoort, etc, as my work is next door to Amsterdam CS, and commuting would therefore not be a problem. Obviously happy to stick to Amsterdam though if we can find something nice there!
Looking forward to hearing from you all!
