My name is Bill, I have been living in NZ for about 13 years now , currently living in Christchurch with my lovely Kiwi wife Kath, just thought i would pop in and see what like minded folk were talking about.

Thank you all for your responses, we lived in Blenheim for 2 years then moved to Nelson and then on to Christchurch, I think Nelson was the most beautiful place to live but being a big town boy i find Christchurch more fun . have seen a fair bit of this country and do believe it is the most beautiful place in the world, (That could stir up a discusion ) once again thanks for the replies, Oh and the nickname fits the hairdo ,

Anchor bay at the Abel Tasman, was like being in paradise

It's very encouraging to see New Zealand described as a beautiful country, it's how I imagine it to be, but mind you, that's all I can do at the moment, imagine how it is (apart from any documentaries and books I can get my hands on!). Nelson sounds lovely.
Dewb, when you mentioned giant lizards and geckos my heart skipped a beat, I thought you meant real ones!
