The bank in question has a Taser Defence Mechanism (TDM) you won't get anywhere. Face it peas you're finished as a gangster, and as an abuser of police standard equipment.

Hi there

I am just in the process of filling out my application form for Edmonton Police Service, how far have you got with the process so far? Any tips for me? I am only at the very early stages of all of this.

Hi there Steve

I am new to this forum, I am currently in the very early stages of filling all the application forms in for Edmonton Police Service and would appreciate any advice you could give.

How did you find the written exam? Did you find any useful websites to help you revise for this? I know I shouldn't be even thinking about this yet as my application may not even get through the first stages, but you never know. How long did the whole process take from sending your application form in? Did you use the PNP Program? Sorry for all the questions

Just one last question, did you visit Canada several times before you decided where you wanted to be?

Hope to hear from you soon

Shane

Shane - hi

Have you found the "Working abroad by Profession - Police" section of this forum ?

There is tons of good info on there - and even read the Calgary Police threads too because a lot of the information is common between the two services.

Good luck

i know all the best, it can get a bit much at the end, but it is worth it, once all said and done and you slip back into normality with routine police work again its very straightforward and i must say the support is much better than i had at home. hearing rumours that posts are done and dusted, if i hear anything i will pm you. best of luck, oh and congrats for pompey.
