This is me -

weekdays - get up at 6am, let chooks out, check horses and sheep are still ok. Hubby leaves for work at approx 6.30am

get kids up, have breakfast on back deck (we have a fantastic view out the back!! we are lucky). get ready for school, do a bit of housework. 8.30am drop kids off at school go to work (I work in a wholesale plant nursery, outside all day summer and winter, its not that bad really).

3pm leave work to pick kids up. 3.30pm get home, kids have snack, do homework, some afternoons we go swimming at local pool. most afternoons my daughter and I ride the horses or we just play around or son rides his dirt bike.

6.30 have dinner, watch t.v. 8pm kids go to bed. Hubby gets home at around 7pm

weekends - Saturday is spent catching up with housework, grounds maintenance or dirt bike riding/horse riding or we go out somewhere. Sundays is somtimes pony club/dirt bike club day/my riding club day, if not then we tend to just doss, enjoying our surroundings or we have friends over or go over someones. we are not beach people but love our surroundings.

To be honest we didn't move here to do the same shit we did back in the UK, that would be depressing. We moved here to have a better lifestyle and so we have made it that way, at least the weather permits us to do this all year round!!
