I finally got the phone call this morning to come and pick up my passport and visa!! So immediately came home and booked a flight for....Tomorrow!! Leaving Hong Kong at 21.05pm on Saturday 7th July with Cathay Pacific, arriving in Auckland at 12.00 midday on Sunday, then driving down to New Plymouth on Monday. I can't believe the time has finally arrived!!!

All arrived fine, was an interesting journey with 200kg of luggage and 2 v young kids, but happily settled in Auckland and recovering.

Going well thanks, jetlag conquered, just finishing my first week of work in auckland, the furnished house is all set up and running.
About to sign up for our unfurnished house for when the container arrives.
Renovations in the UK continue at breakneck speed, new tenants moving in on Monday, so it's a sprint finish for the various tradesmen. Continue to be amazed by the lack of communication skills some tradesmen seem to have but otherwise looking good.
